Background:
Henning was born 31 years ago in a small village in Germany. He and his 
parents and went to America when he turn 12, he studied at MIT and
developed a secret device, that can improve somebody physical statistics
genetically. He tested this device on his partner Rex Martin, who later
became the well-known and rich crime-fighter Hardcore. He also tested it
on himself without success He always had some problems with his envy 
towards Rex, but he could control it, until the day Hardcore really became
know for his crime-fighting and his money. He tested the device again and
again on himself - and it had some effect. The effect was not that huge
like the effect on Hardcore. So he psychologically persuade his brother
Jim to also hate Hardcore. The device also worked very well on Jim. Now
they are both hunting Hardcore - as Revenge and Powerhouse. What they both
do not know - they are hunted by FBI, because they are very interessted in
the device.
