HYPeR is a very complex set of rules and this module only supplies the basic rules, there are no campaigns and adventures in here. A lot of races are included, as are basic equipments and trappings from many technical levels. This module is designed to fit in any role-playing setting, which means it can simulate any technical level, power level, etc.
