1. Introduction

Aberrant is a new Superhero RPG by White Wolf, who are also responsible for Vampire. Aberrant introduces some new ideas to superpowered RPG which should translate to GURPS nicely. These concepts are very different, so they also should make GURPS Supers different in many ways.

IMPORTANT NOTE:

Do not mix GURPS Supers Powers with the Quantum Powers described herein.

1.1 What you need

You should have all of these:

• GURPS Basic Set 3rd Edition
• GURPS Supers 2nd Edition
• Aberrant by White Wolf Studios, page references are written like Ab157
• GURPS Companion I
• A copy of GURPS Vampire may also be helpful, but is not needed.

I highly recommend you the Aberrant background, which is pretty different from the normal "Marvel" background. I use many of the terms introduced in Aberrant here, so you check your copy for their meaning. You should also get familiar with the character creation system of Aberrant.
