Different amounts of Action

It is now always the fact, that all combatants have the same Actions attribute. The combatants with the highest Actions attribute makes their actions first until they have they same ``current'' Actions attribute (his Actions Attribute minus the actions he has done).

Example:

3 Combatants with Action 6, 3, 1and speed 20,10,5. A does action 6, no action for B and C, A does action 5, none for B,C. A does Action 4, none for B,C. After that the real action begins: A does action 3 and then B, none for C. Action 2: A, B yes, C no. Action 1 for all.
